Brent Haggerty, Lead Pastor of Stonecrest Community Church, is known for his dynamic life application sermons. Brent graduated from Nyack College (Nyack, NY) in 1979 and went on to get his Masters of Divinity at Alliance Theological Seminary (Nyack, NY) in 1983. Brent spent three years as an assistant/youth pastor in Willard, Ohio. It was there that he felt God calling him and his family to Burkina Faso in West Africa. The Haggertys served as missionaries in Burkina Faso for ten years. God brought Brent and his family back to the United States to serve in 1997 when he took the senior pastor position at (then) Alliance Bible Church. Brent and his wife Susan have three children.

Thomas (Tom) McKenna serves as the Pastor of Servant Ministries. After serving at Stonecrest for almost 5 years as a volunteer, Tom came on staff full-time in September 2002. His primary responsibilities include oversight of the Ministry Teams at Stonecrest, along with Children’s Ministries and work with our Creative Team. Tom received his Bachelor of Arts from Rutgers University in 1982, and his Masters of Divinity from Alliance Theological Seminary in 1988. Tom and his wife Debbie have four children.

Jeff serves as the Pastor of Administration where he utilizes his gifts and experience gained from over 17 years working in Information Management and Accounting with Johnson & Johnson and The BOC Group. His primary responsibilities include oversight of the church office, operations, and knowledge base in support of the pastoral staff and lay ministers. He received his Bachelor of Arts from Franklin and Marshall College in 1985 and has served as a volunteer and worship leader at Stonecrest for over 8 years, coming on staff full-time in January 2003. Jeff and his wife Sharon have three children.

Michael joined the staff at Stonecrest in July 2006 and oversees music, programming, and production for weekend services, as well as leading our Creative Team. He graduated with a music degree from Nyack College in 1999, and has since served on the staff of three churches, and as a consultant to many others. Michael is active in the tri-state area as a keyboard player, arranger, and production engineer. He is happily married to his favorite singer, Grace.

Joe serves as the multimedia producer at Stonecrest Community Church and is responsible for creating and executing the PowerPoint and video support for our Sunday worship services.  Joe moved to New Jersey during the summer of 2000, and has been a part of Stonecrest ever since. By God's grace and guidance, he also serves as the leader of Uprising - Young Adult Small Group and as a leader in TheUndergroundNJ Student Ministries. Joe joined the Stonecrest staff in November 2001. Joe is married to Jody, and is dedicated to love the Lord with all of his mind, heart, soul, and strength and to love his neighbor as himself.

Kenneth serves as the graphic designer and communications coordinator at Stonecrest and oversees the creation, production, and presentation of all church communicatons for print, video and web. Ken received his Bachelors degree in visual arts from Rutgers College in 2000 and joined the Stonecrest team in 2002. He became a regular attendee way back in 1996 when the congregation was about 70 people.

Angela serves at the coordinator for the Spanish Ministry at Agua Viva in Bound Brook.  Agua Viva is a satellite office of Stonecrest Community Church created to help others and to introduce our Spanish community to the hope of Christ.  Originally from Colombia, Angela graduated from law school and received a Master's Degree in Human Resources and Financial Services.
