1. Racism in every form is contrary to the Kingdom which Jesus established, therefore, we are against all forms of racism.
    • 'Here there is no Gentile or Jew, circumcised or uncircumcised, barbarian, Scythian, slave or free, but Christ is all, and is in all. '  (Colossians 3:11)

  2. Our focus and only hope is Jesus and therefore, we are committed to His prayer for unity with all believers.
    • 'For you granted him authority over all people that he might give eternal life to all those you have given him. I in them and you in me—so that they may be brought to complete unity. Then the world will know that you sent me and have loved them even as you have loved me. '  (John 17:2,23)

  3. Our attitude should be the same as that of Jesus Christ as we strive to live in humility and understanding towards all people.
    • 'Do nothing out of selfish ambition or vain conceit. Rather, in humility value others above yourselves, not looking to your own interests but each of you to the interests of the others. In your relationships with one another, have the same mindset as Christ Jesus: Who, being in very nature God, did not consider equality with God something to be used to his own advantage; rather, he made himself nothing by taking the very nature of a servant, being made in human likeness. And being found in appearance as a man, he humbled himself by becoming obedient to death— even death on a cross! '   (Philippians 2:3-8)

  4. We will strive to hate what God hates, and love what God loves.
    • 'There are six things the Lord hates, seven that are detestable to him: haughty eyes, a lying tongue, hands that shed innocent blood, a heart that devises wicked schemes, feet that are quick to rush into evil, a false witness who pours out lies and a person who stirs up conflict in the community. '  (Proverbs 6:16-19)
    • 'For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life. '  (John 3:16)
