Day 19

Praying for the World

Prayer Points and Scripture

  1. “Then if my people who are called by my name will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, I will hear from heaven and will forgive their sins and restore their land.” 2 Chronicles 7:14
  • Pray a prayer of humility and surrender to His will before you begin this time of intercession for our world.
  • Ask Him to bring healing and solutions regarding COVID-19 over all the earth.

  1. My righteousness draws near speedily, my salvation is on the way, and my arm will bring justice to the nations. The islands will look to me and wait in hope for my arm. Isaiah 51:5
Pray that His righteousness and salvation would be drawn speedily to bring justice to ALL NATIONS and that that all would wait in His hope.

3. After this I looked, and behold, a great multitude that no one could number, from every nation, from all tribes and peoples and languages, standing before the throne and before the Lamb, clothed in white robes, with palm branches in their hands, 10 and crying out with a loud voice, “Salvation belongs to our God who sits on the throne, and to the Lamb!”  - Revelation 7:9-10
Pray for all the saints around the world. Pray for boldness, strength, protection, and a release of His Presence. Especially pray for the persecuted church.

4.  “I urge you, first of all, to pray for all people. Ask God to help them; intercede on their behalf, and give thanks for them. Pray in this way for kings and all who are in authority so that we can live peaceful and quiet lives marked by godliness and dignity.” 1 Timothy 2:1-5
  • Pray for all the leaders of the world. Ask for wisdom, heavenly strategies/solutions for problems, protection, boldness to do the right thing, and strength. Pray for their families. Pray for those who do not know Him that they would come to salvation.

5.  “Our Father in heaven, hallowed be your name. Your kingdom come, your will be done, on earth as it is in heaven.” Matthew 6:9-10
  • Pray that God’s will and revival for the world.

6. End this time by listening to “All Hail King Jesus.”  Give thanks to God then give the burden of the world back to Jesus, and ask Him to prompt you to pray for anyone who comes to mind today.
