Day 14: Grace and Truth Sermon Devotional

Ephesians 2:8-10
For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith—and this is not from yourselves, it is the gift of God— not by works, so that no one can boast.  For we are God’s handiwork, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do.

Today, Pastor Joe Rhee shared about the tension of grace and truth that we are called to live in as Christ-followers. If you haven’t watched this service yet or if you need to hear it again we encourage you to watch online at stonecrestchurch.com throughout the week.

Going Deeper: Today’s Sermon Reflection Questions:
  1. Where do you lean in the tension of grace or truth? Do you seek God in both or one or the other?
  2. How does the tension of grace and truth impact how you relate to others?
  3. What do you put into the gap between your expectation and experience? What is your next step in putting something different into that gap?
